How much does it cost?Depends on the services you need. Our photo packages start at $125*. Click here to see what we offer. Prices may vary for Rentals, AirBnB and Commercial properties.

How long will it take to get my photos?We pride ourselves to a quick turnaround and deliver photos the next business day to your preferred method (Dropbox, Wetransfer, Google Drive, etc.)

How can I prepare the home for the photo shoot?We have prepared a thorough prep list for you to view and download. Click here!

What areas do you serve?We service Montreal, Laval, West Island. We also do out-of-area projects by charging a traveling fee. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that things can come up, plans can change or there's an emergency, like an asteroid headed to earth. 😮 And for that, we provide cancellations/reschedules at no extra cost!

How much time do you spend at the property?It depends on the requested service(s) and if the property is photo ready. To give you an idea, we would average about 45-60 minutes for HDR photo shoots and about 2 hours for Interior Design Focused photography.

What is the copyright policy for real estate photography?As it is standard in the real estate photography industry, the agents purchase a non-exclusive, non-transferable license and can use the media in any electronic or printed form of advertisement, for the promotion of the property. In the case of the property being reassigned to another agent, the license expires. We retain exclusive copyrights to all digital/physical media we produce. The real estate agents, as the licensee, may not give or sell the images to any other party, including but not limited to builders, stagers, other agents, sellers, or buyers. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
